About Nari Shakti Foundation
Nari Shakti Foundation works at the intersection of education and economic independence for women. Many of the women we serve never finished school and have never earned an income of their own.
We combine literacy and digital education with hands-on skill training and enterprise support, so women don’t just learn — they earn, save and lead.

Our History
Nari Shakti was founded in 2015 by a group of women educators and entrepreneurs who saw talent going to waste for lack of opportunity. Starting with a single tailoring class, it has grown into a multi-programme foundation spanning literacy, digital skills and enterprise across Nashik and rural Maharashtra.
