Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic Academic Counselor to join our Chanakya IAS Mukherjee Nagar branch. You will counsel walk-in students and parents, handle queries, and manage enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students about civil services exams and Chanakya courses.
• Follow up on leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Coordinate enrollment paperwork and class scheduling details.
• Maintain accurate counselor records in the CRM database.

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong persuasion skills.

Experience Requirements

1 - 3 years experience in student counseling, admissions, or front-desk sales at an education/coaching institute.
